Volker Haug, the lighting design firm based in Melbourne, will present, for the first time as "solo exhibition", a limited edition lighting installation created in collaboration with the American designer John Hogan dedicated to the exploration of glass and its interactions with the light.

The collection will be composed by a series of conceptual lighting objects, with a focus on the glass as primary material, with reference to Brutalist signage.
Large scale architectural forms referencing structural elements as roof lines, columns and corners which are inserted in a space and seem as though they have always been a part of the architecture.
The project is entirely focused on creating artificial lighting experiences in a controlled setting, the idea is to see the lighting as a sculptural object without a conscious function that impart a meditative experience and capture the importance of people in the space.
