Federica BIASI for MINGARDO

design

ILARIO The name of the mirror, Ilario, describes its essence: he was the founder of the Mingardo carpentry, which is known for its architectural collaborations with Carlo Scarpa.

Taking inspiration from the historical circular windows of the carpentry, the designer has designed an object full of meanings.

The mirror, Ilario, reflects the historical background of the company as well as an ancient artisanal virtuosity, in a product that draws its inspiration from the stylistic features of the past.

Entirely made of brass, this mirror has been chosen as the icon of the new artistic direction of the Collection itself.

design

ELETTRA An essential and poetic line tells about a product, feminine and elegant, described in the contrasts of colors and in the juxtaposition of full and empty.

The upward suspension highlights the flower and its noble sweetness.

The refined finishing – copper and iron in a galvanic blue finish – makes it unique; a modern sculpture that exalts Italian craftsmanship.

Type: Flower vase

Materials: Copper and blue iron
