Dyson / Studio dArk

design, Milan Fuorisalone 2017

The creative talent of two architects and Dyson engineering approach come together in an installation that wraps the visitor in a parallel dimension .

An installation designed by Cristian Russo and Marco Pietro Ricci (Studio dArk, Milano) inside the innovative Ventura Lambrate space. With the aim of presenting the unique and disruptive technology of Dyson products, Russo and Ricci conceived the dArk CUBE: a cube immersed in the darkness in which space and light guide the visitor to discover a new dimension.

Outside the CUBE, the darkness is broken by light blades, while the inside is illuminated by a CSYS™ task lights which, like all Dyson Lighting CSYS™products, uses heat pipe technology to provide a powerful light.

Two air sheets come out at a speed of 690 km/h also from the Dyson Airblade™ Tap hand dryer, the other protagonist of the installation.
